Catadjuster.com, a leader in the catastrophe claim industry, needed the
development of a three portals one for their insurance adjusters to login
and access and maintain claim files along with maintaining communication
with the claim management. The corporate office portal provides a
centralized control center to take new claims from insurance companies and
make adjuster assignments based on distance workload and internal criteria.
Maintaining full monitoring of each claim in the system to speed up the
processing of claims and to ease the communication and claim review process.
Additionally an insurance company portal was created to provide a means for
the insurance companies to receive their completed claims. A site
design and layout was also developed and implemented to maintain consistency
thru the portals as well as the public site. This is a general
overview of project and unfortunately we due to security concerns we may not
divulge more details on the workings of this project.
