Step 1) Our Consultation
Each project is important, and rather than use a sales rep for consultations your consultation is with your Project Leader. Your assigned Project Lead will go over the details of your project with you, and actively work with you because we know the importance of understanding your vision, needs and expectations. We'll only start working on the proposal once we're sure we know exactly what your project requirements are.
Step 2) Proposal
Your project leader when then make a detailed proposal based on your consultation. This will include an itemized summary of each section of your proposed project. You will also be sent a Service Agreement, a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Project Contract. After you've approved the proposal, your deposit or pre-payment is received, and all the paper work's done, development of your project starts.
Step 3) Development & Design
Your ICOMCO design/program team starts work on your project promptly. Each aspect of your approved proposal will be addressed in the development and design of your project. Preliminary testing will also be done. Your project leader will regularly provide progress updates of your project until completion.
Step 4) Completion
Once you're satisfied with the web design and/or program, formal testing commences. Comprehensive testing of the functionality and overall quality of the project is done by the web development team and you, the client. All issues are addressed, any revisions are implemented as the web site is prepared for launch. We will keep working until you are satisfied with the results of your project.
So What's The Cost?
Well we charge a flat hourly rate of $35 per hour in fifteen minute increments.
This could be as low as $175 for a simple one page site, but in general the more
complex the project the more time it will take and thus the price will reflect
this. We always try to remain budget concise for our clients to produce
the highest quality site under budget if possible.
